At Carrollton Prep Academy, we provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for young children. Our policy is to provide each child with individualized attention and support to ensure that they reach their full potential. We value the importance of early childhood education and prioritize the development of social, emotional, and cognitive skills.

NEED US

  • Do I need to pack my child's lunch?
    Each day your child is served a healthy breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack. Meals are prepared on-site and included in your tuition at no extra charge. Our menus are planned weekly and follow recommendations provided by the USDA’s Choose My Plate program and specific state requirements. What programs does Learning House Academy offer? We provide licensed childcare and early education programs for children 6 weeks to 12 years old. We offer programs for infants, toddlers, preschool, Pre-K, school-age, before and after school care and summer camp programs.
  • How do I get updates on my child?
    You can log on to brightwheel.com and go under parents. Each child will be registered and you’ll receive photos and videos of your child, updates on diapering, naps, meals, activities, electronic daily reports and more.
  • Is your building secure?
    Yes, we are a secure facility. Our front door is secured with electronic keypad entry, so only authorized staff and families may enter. Families receive a unique PIN to access the school during business hours. Visitors must sign-in and provide a valid ID prior to entering our school.
  • What if my child has allergies?
    If your child has an allergy, please include this information on your enrollment paperwork so we can make appropriate food substitutions.
  • How can I make a payment and when is it due?
    Weekly tuition is due by Wednesday. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, online payments, cashier’s checks, checks and money orders. We also offer a recurring payment service and weekly automatic payments.
  • Does Carrollton Prep Academy do referrals?
    Absolutely! We hope that you having a wonderful experience and we welcome referrals. We give you a 10% discount off of your child’s tuition on a weekly basis.
  • What should I bring the first day of school?
    For the first day of school bring a change of cloths and a favorite blanket. If your child is in diapers or pull-ups, a pack of pull-ups/diapers and wipes.
